Dr. Meme is a fellow of the prestigious Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He is a Master’s Degree holder with a distinguished teaching/training career for over 15 years, of practical informal and formal business managerial skills and consultancy. A specialist in Policy Analysis/corporate governance and management from one of the top UK best Modern University (2010), where he also served in the University Board of Governors council; actively involved in giving direction to the entire university in Finance matters and Estate Development committee.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in management from the World Trade Centre (WTC) India and a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable Educational institution in Ghana. He was largely instrumental in setting up strategic business development (south –south) for some Investment Banking Firm in Nigeria. He is an epitome of practical application of managing people skills and management principles for SMEs and PEs.
He is a member of some international institutions like the European Foundation for Management Development (Brussels), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States of America. An associate member of the Institution for Alternative Dispute /Conflict Resolution (ADR) and Management, Chartered Institute of portfolio management both in Nigeria; and also, a member of Chartered Institute of Stock brokers and Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria.
He has been awarded the Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) with specialization in Business leadership by the prestigious Common Wealth University, Belize. He is Licensed and recognized by the Nigeria Securities and Exchange commission (SEC) to practice as a Corporate Investment Adviser and Venture Capital Fund Manager.
AFEES MUHAMMED BABATUNDE – HEAD, VENTURE CAPITAL
Mr. Afeesis a Finance Professional with hands-on experience in Investment Analysis, advisory, Portfolio/Fund Management, Equity Trading and Structured Finance.
Mr. Afees has a wealth of experience in structuring and packaging of investment instruments, these include a N20b Private Equity Fund awaiting approval from SEC, N13b Haldane McCall Equity Real Estate Investment Trust (“HMK REIT”) Real Estate Investments Trust (REITs) at Goldbanc Management Associates Limited. His roles in advisory; financial analysis and valuation; and business developments in these projects cannot be overemphasized.
Apart from the products listed above, he is skillful in understanding the financial needs of companies and best form of funding structure to achieve them. He is always on point in carrying out this advisory function.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin with a second class upper. He is a Chartered Stockbroker, a Licensed Trader in Equity and Fixed Income Instruments on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), and a CFA Charter holder.
OKEREH CYRIL UCHENNAYA – HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Cyril currently has over 6 years work experience. He attended Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu and Enugu State University of Science and Technology where he graduated from the department of Accounting with a Lower Credit and a Second Class (Hons), between 2007 and 2010 respectively.
He is a Certified Project Manager with International Project Management Professionals (IPMP) and holds a certificate in Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE & S) from Safeguard Resources and Technologies Limited. He is an Associate Member of Portfolio Management Institute (PMI), Nigeria. He is also a potential Capital Market Operator with Nigeria Capital Market Institute - NCMI (a subsidiary of Nigeria Securities & Exchange Commission – SEC). He is also a student member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He was one time President of his Community Development Service (CDS) group - NYSC FOUNDATION, Port Harcourt Local Government Area (PHALGA) “Batch C” (July – October 2012). He was significantly instrumental in setting up strategic awareness and sensitization programs as well as compulsory registration of every corps member with the foundation and other CDS groups as well as ex-corps members (NYSC Foundation 2012) during his tenure as President of NYSC FOUNDATION CDS GROUP.
He had worked with Rivers Vegetable Oil Company Limited (RIVOC), Port Harcourt office as an Accounts Officer in 2007.
CHIOMA JOY ASIAMA – COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Mrs. Joy has over 15 years’ professional experience in the financial service industry as a business consultants.
She has worked with Halliburton Energy Services as procurement officer in the year 1997, Renoch Nigeria Limited as an Accountant in the year 2000, Hallmark Bank as a Marketing Officer between 2001- 2006, Guaranty Trust Bank as a Relationship manager (Unit Head) between 2006 -2009, Piracle Technologies as a Business Consultant.
She attended Abia State University Uturu, where she graduated from the department of Accountancy with Second Class (Hons). She is also a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), an Associate Member of Portfolio Management Institute, Nigeria and a member of Institute of Network Marketers.
SOLOMON MEME - VENTURE CAPITAL OFFICER
Solomon Meme is an experience Investment Banking professional with over seven years of experience. He is a business development strategist/financial advisor, he is a member of the Nigeria Institute of management (NIM), and he attended the University of Port Harcourt where he graduated with a B.A in Philosophy and M.A respectively.
Solomon has passed the Capital market institute(CMI) exams and he is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a venture capitalist, he is an expertise in financial products sales, Investment advisory, Portfolio development and management and Customer relationship management. He also holds a Diploma in Law.
