VICTOR MEME (BSc, PGM, MPA-UK) – MD/CEO
Mr. Meme is the initiator/founder of VICMEM Investment Services Limited. Prior to the establishment of VICMEM Investment Services Limited, he has been actively involved in the Nigerian capital market and was instrumental to the setting up of strategic business development (Cashcraft Asset Management Limited 2004-2009) and recorded huge successes for a renowned stock brokerage house in Nigeria.
He is currently saddled with wide involvement in managerial abilities as he serves in the board of various corporate institutions in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Namibia. He is an epitome of practical application of managing people skills and management principles. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
Mr. Meme is a double Master Degree holder with over 17 years of practical informal and formal business managerial skills and consultancy. A specialist in Policy Analysis and corporate governance from one of the top UK best Modern University (2010), where he also served in the Board of governors council; actively involved in giving direction to the entire university in finance matters and estate development in collaboration with other prominent Professors (Australian and England) in giving managerial direction to the school in the near future. He holds a Post graduate diploma in management from the World trade Centre in India. He is happily married with a lovely daughter.
NKWOCHA EUCHARIA (BSc, ACA)
Eucharia has over 5 years of work experience in the financial services sector. She joined VICMEM Investment as Head of compliance and control in January 2012.
She attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology where she graduated from the department of accountancy with a second class (Hons). She is also an associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN) and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers(CIS), Nigeria
She has worked with Giwa-Osagie, DFK & Co. Chartered Accountants as an audit Staff And with Cashcraft Asset Management Limited (Member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange), Port Harcourt office branch As Head of Accounts and Batch Operations.
OKEREH CYRIL UCHENNAYA (BSc, HSSE & S, IPMP –Membership, Nigeria)
Cyril currently has over 4 years working experience. Cyril joined us as Principal Officer – Accounts/Administration in July 2013.
He attended Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu and Enugu State University of Science and Technology where he graduated from the department of Accountancy with a Lower Credit and a Second Class (Hons), between 2007 and 2010 respectively.
He is also a Certified Project Manager with International Project Management Professionals (IPMP). And also holds a certificate in HSSE from Safeguard Resources and Technologies Limited. He was President of NYSC Foundation Port Harcourt Local Government Area (PHALGA) “Batch C” (July – October 2012). He was significantly instrumental in setting up strategic awareness and sensitization programs as well as compulsory registration of every corps member of the foundation and other Community Development Service (CDS) groups as well as ex-corps members (NYSC Foundation 2012). He has worked with Rivers Vegetable Oil Company Limited (RIVOC), Port Harcourt office as an Accounts Officer. He has also worked with Rapid Cabin Limited (a division of Obua Technology Solutions), Port Harcourt Office as an Inventory Manager.
CHIOMA JOY ASIAMA (BSc, Membership – ICAN, NIM, INM)
Chioma has over 5 years professional experience in the financial services industry as a business consultant.
She has worked with Halliburton Energy Services as procurement officer in the year 1997; Renoch Nigeria Limited as an Accountant in the year 2000; Hallmark Bank as a Marketing Officer between 2001- 2006; Guaranty Trust Bank as a Relationship manager (Unit Head) between 2006 -2009; Piracle Technologies as a Business Consultant. She has over 5 years of working experience in the financial sector. Chioma Joy Asiama joined us as Business Development and Compliance Officer in 2014.
She attended Abia State University Uturu, where she graduated from the department of Accountancy with Second Class (Hons). She is also a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and a member of Institute of Network Marketers.
