OSseni Bodeis an astute administrator and a chartered Insurer with over twenty two years of professional experience spanning from insurance and brokerage services, consulting, general management and operations.
He is currently the managing director/ceo of regency alliance insurance ltd, Accra Ghana. Where he is responsible for the daily running of the company, he served as the regional director (south south & south east) at regency alliance insurance ltd, where he initiated branch development strategy for the region.
He was the regional Manager (east) with UNIC Insurance Plc, Port Harcourt and was responsible for driving marketing activities within the region and ensure strict compliance with company’s principles and policies.
At Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc, He was the Controller/Head, Eastern Operations, responsible for Co-ordinate operations of sub offices to ensure good service delivery, provide efficient and smooth communication between sub officers and head office and ensure proper risk underwriting and after sales services. He had worked at Triumph Assurance Company Ltd, Ikeja, Lagos, where he served as an Assistant General Manager (Operations) where he coordinated the Implementation of Board’s decisions on the management of the company, provided required advice on risk underwriting, marketing services and reinsurance security, ensured good risk management processes and efficient customers’ services, provide effective marketing and communication services to boost overall performance and profitability. He was a Manager/Head Insurance Unit at the defunct Nigeria Arab Bank Ltd. Bode was responsible for the co-ordination of Insurance Agency services to customers in all branches of the bank, generate income from Insurance Agency services, develop efficient administrative operation of the agency services to cover all branches across the country and oversee the administration of a self-administered non-contributory Pension Scheme. As an Assistant Manager, Insurance, Nigeria Arab Bank Ltd, Broad Street, Lagos he was responsible for the professional advice to management on Insurance matters, implement management’s decision on Insurance requirement of the bank, arrange Insurance security for all Fixed Asset of the bank, arrange Life Insurance, Mortgage Protection Policies and Group Personal Accident for staff. At Hogg Robinson Nigeria (Insurance Brokers) he Managed the Marine Insurance Department and was responsible for arranging and implementation of marine Insurance requirement for clients, set up processes and follow up all marine claims with prompt and equitable settlement of claims. He also worked as an assistant manager at Man-Mountain & Co. (Insurance Brokers) where he was involved in Market Company services to corporate Organizations, high net worth individuals’ general management. OSENI, Bode is a graduate of Ghana Institute of management & Public Administration with a LLB, an MBA from the University of Lagos. Dr. VICTOR MEME - Managing Director
Dr. Meme is a fellow of the prestigious Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He is a Master’s Degree holder with a distinguished teaching/training career for over 15 years, of practical informal and formal business managerial skills and consultancy. A specialist in Policy Analysis/corporate governance and management from one of the top UK best Modern University (2010), where he also served in the University Board of Governors council; actively involved in giving direction to the entire university in Finance matters and Estate Development committee.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in management from the World Trade Centre (WTC) India and a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable Educational institution in Ghana. He was largely instrumental in setting up strategic business development (south –south) for some Investment Banking Firm in Nigeria. He is an epitome of practical application of managing people skills and management principles for SMEs and PEs.
He is a member of some international institutions like the European Foundation for Management Development (Brussels), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States of America. An associate member of the Institution for Alternative Dispute /Conflict Resolution (ADR) and Management, Chartered Institute of portfolio management both in Nigeria; and also, a member of Chartered Institute of Stock brokers and Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria.
He has been awarded the Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) with specialization in Business leadership by the prestigious Common Wealth University, Belize. He is Licensed and recognized by the Nigeria Securities and Exchange commission (SEC) to practice as a Corporate Investment Adviser and Venture Capital Fund Manager.
DR. URIAH STEPHEN ETAWO, - Member
DR. ETAWO is a member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Public Administrators, he was the Best Chief Medical Director (CMD) South-South Zone, 2004 by the Management of Hero Medial Communications — Publishers of the Star Weekly Newspaper.
He is a member of the International College of Surgeon, West African College of Surgeon, African Business School (FABS) and Institute of Corporate Administration (FICA).
Dr. Etawo was honored by the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Rivers State Branch, Resident Doctors (UPTH) Branch, 2003. He was Chairman, Several Revolving Funds and other Committees and Member of all the Revolving Funds, University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital. He was the Medical Director and Chief Executive, University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH), port Harcourt, Rivers State, 2001 — 2005 and was re-appointed for a second tenure, 2005 — 2009. He was a Senior Fellow of the Institute (SFIAMN) December, 2004 and was given the Award of Excellence and Distinction in Public Administration (AEDPA) 2004 Honorary Member, by the Institute of Administrative Management of Nigeria (IAMN) June, 2004. Solomon Meme is an experience Investment Banking professional with over seven years of experience. He is a business development strategist/financial advisor, he is a member of the Nigeria Institute of management (NIM), and he attended the University of Port Harcourt where he graduated with a B.A in Philosophy and M.A respectively.
Solomon has passed the Capital market institute(CMI) exams and he is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a venture capitalist, he is an expertise in financial products sales, Investment advisory, Portfolio development and management and Customer relationship management. He also holds a Diploma in Law.
